It will arrive in our mailbox as an attachment and will not be stored on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As a client, supplier or subcontractor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company name, address and company number<\/li>\n<li>Name and contact details of your contact person<\/li>\n<li>Details about the site, the quotation and the invoicing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatically, upon your visit to the website<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your IP address<\/li>\n<li>Your browser and device type<\/li>\n<li>The pages you visit and the time of your visit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send <strong>no newsletter and no advertising<\/strong>, and we never sell your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sensitive data and data of minors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you <strong>no sensitive data<\/strong> such as data about your health, your religion or your political beliefs. If you do send us such data of your own accord, for example in a job application, we delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website is not aimed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. We cannot, however, verify a visitor&#039;s age. If you believe we are holding data of a minor without consent, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@soil-building.eu\">info@soil-building.eu<\/a>, then we will remove that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we process your data, and on what grounds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>To process your question or quotation request<\/strong> and to be able to call or email you, based on your request and the steps preceding an agreement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To carry out and monitor our work<\/strong>, from planning to completion, based on the agreement with you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To process your application<\/strong>: based on the steps preceding an employment contract, at your request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To invoice and keep our accounts<\/strong>: based on our legal obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To keep our website safe and working<\/strong> and to prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To place non-essential cookies and embedded map material<\/strong>: only based on your consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are never obliged to share your details. However, without certain information, we cannot provide you with a quote or process your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we retain your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enquiry or quotation without follow-up:<\/strong> up to 12 months after the last contact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clients, suppliers and subcontractors:<\/strong> for the duration of the collaboration, and thereafter for as long as we need to be able to defend ourselves against liability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoices and accounting documents:<\/strong> 7 years, as prescribed by law.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applications:<\/strong> up to 6 months after the conclusion of the procedure. If we wish to retain your data for a future vacancy, we will ask for your permission first.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Server logs:<\/strong> maximum 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">With whom we share your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only pass on your data where that is needed to carry out our agreements with you or to comply with a legal obligation. In concrete terms, this means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>our <strong>hosting partner<\/strong>, who keeps the website and email running;<\/li>\n<li>us <strong>website agency<\/strong>, which maintains the website;<\/li>\n<li>us <strong>accounting firm<\/strong> and, where required by law, the government;<\/li>\n<li>where necessary a <strong>subcontractor or engineering firm<\/strong> that works on your site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make written agreements with each of those parties regarding the protection of your data. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies and embedded map material<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website places <strong>functional cookies<\/strong> which are necessary for the site to work. We do not need your permission for this.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We count anonymously how many visitors the website has, without cookies and without being able to recognise you. That data stays on our own server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the contact page, we show a map of <strong>Google Maps<\/strong>. That map is loaded by Google and can send data such as your IP address to Google, including outside the European Economic Area. That is why we load that map <strong>only after you give permission for this<\/strong>. As long as you do not do that, you will see a notification with a button in place of the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the projects page, we display an OpenStreetMap map showing the location of our projects. To do this, your browser loads map images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation&#039;s servers, during which the Foundation sees your IP address. No cookies are placed in this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.
