With whom we share your data

We make written agreements with each of those parties regarding the protection of your data. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and embedded map material
Our website places functional cookies which are necessary for the site to work. We do not need your permission for this.
We count anonymously how many visitors the website has, without cookies and without being able to recognise you. That data stays on our own server.
On the contact page, we show a map of Google Maps. That map is loaded by Google and can send data such as your IP address to Google, including outside the European Economic Area. That is why we load that map only after you give permission for this. As long as you do not do that, you will see a notification with a button in place of the map.
On the projects page, we display an OpenStreetMap map showing the location of our projects. To do this, your browser loads map images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers, during which the Foundation sees your IP address. No cookies are placed in this process.
You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website. You can read more about this in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to us:
- Access: you may request what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: you may have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure: you may ask us to erase your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Restriction: you may request that processing be temporarily suspended.
- Objection: you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Portability: you may receive your data in a readable file or have it sent to another organisation.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send your question to info@soil-building.eu or by post to Vosselarestraat 73 box 3, 9850 Landegem. To ensure that the request comes from you, we may ask you for additional information; you do not need to send us a copy of your identity card. We will reply within one month.
