Turnkey project for a modern residential development

Emerald Garden – a residential building with two large shops on the ground floor and a lovely 850 m² courtyard garden – was a turnkey project for Soil & Building. We started by demolishing the old Peugeot garage and digging out the excavation. We then backfilled and compacted everything around the newly built basement. Once the first phase of earthworks was complete, we started on the infrastructure works. Here we laid a separate sewer system with around 500 linear metres of rainwater drainage and 250 linear metres of foul water drainage. Next, we built the subgrade and the road foundations, so that we could lay the kerbs, permeable pavers and clay pavers. Finally, we created a wadi and supplied topsoil for the garden.
